Responsibilities
Plantation Operations

• Oversee daily plantation operations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, such as labor, equipment, and supplies.

Crop Management:

• Develop and implement crop management plans, including soil management and pest control.
• Monitor crop health and take corrective action as needed.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage plantation staff, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

• Manage plantation budgets and financial resources.
• Ensure cost-effective operations and maximize profitability.

Quality Control:

• Ensure high-quality crops and products
• Implement quality control measures and standards.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to plantation operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations.

Sustainability and Environmental Management:

• Implement sustainable agricultural practices and environmental management systems.
• Ensure minimal environmental impact and optimal resource utilization.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and submit reports on plantation operations, finances, and production.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including owners, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4-8 years work experience.
