Requirements

• We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our feedmill operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing feedmill facilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field with 6-10 years of experience in feedmill management.
• Strong knowledge of feed production processes, equipment, & quality control.
• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management within feedmill operations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
