Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of construction machinery and equipment (e.g., cranes, excavators, asphalt plants).
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing plant operations in the construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery.
