Job Title: Plant Helper

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Production Helpers for the Plants to assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete ingredients (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) as directed by the batching plant operator.
• Help ensure accurate loading of materials into hoppers or conveyors.
• Monitor and report any issues with batching equipment, conveyors, or silos.
• Clean mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment after production to prevent the buildup of concrete residue.
• Support routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubricating machinery, checking filters, or tightening bolts.
• Assisting in keeping the work area tidy and free from hazards.
• Load and unload materials (e.g., bags of cement, aggregates)manually or using basic equipment like forklifts or wheelbarrows.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and report any shortages or quality issues.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 per month.
