Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Details

• The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various laboratory tests, transfusions, donations, or research.
• You must demonstrate excellent patient care, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Phlebotomy, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or related health sciences.
• Valid practicing license with MLSCN or relevant regulatory body.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and other blood collection techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented.
