Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

• As the CEO’s personal assistant, your duties will include handling confidential documents and gathering data. Manage daily operations relating to the CEO Personal business and overall office management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the CEO’s calendar and daily activities must be managed in a way that maximizes the use of the CEO’s time in regard to both internal and external obligations.
• Inform/update the CEO of forthcoming events and ongoing commitments.
• Prioritize and take a proactive stance on all problems and issues brought up to GMD, even those that are delicate or private. chooses the best course of action, referral, or reaction
• Analyze and gather information for various business reports that shed light on important data points.
• Inform Managers of the findings of the data analysis verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any discipline
• A Tech Savvy
• Proficiency in Excel, Corel draw and Canva
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.
