Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
At Manuel media , we are looking for vibrant and goal driven individual as a personal assistant to the MD. He /she is responsible for:

• Taking minutes of meetings and scheduling appointments
• Management of calendars and planning MD trips.
• Attending to mails and correspondence
• Receiving in coming and out going calls.
• Attending to clients on behalf of the MD.
• Assisting in administrative roles
• Coordinate events and speaking events

Requirements

• HND/ B.sc in any discipline but a working experience will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
• Active listening and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong time-management and organization skills.

Salary
N90,000 – N120,000 per month.
