Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As our assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to CEO, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management.
• This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various tasks to support the CEO professionally and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
• Maintain and restock inventory of products and supplies used in the med spa.
• Help with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, and gatherings, both for the med spa and CEO.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Requirements

• B.Sc is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced or Spa setting.
• Must reside in Lekki Phase 1 or be close to it for easy accessibility.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
