We are an internationally recognized photography business dedicated to providing businesses with high-end professional photography, cinematics, and visuals; a studio dedicated to turning any possibly imagined thought into visuals and art through the intricate art of Photography and lighting; and a school teaching photography to students through the losgiddy school of photography one of the best in Nigeria google.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to Director

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire an Executive personal assistant to the founder of a growing media company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring each person’s schedule is adhered to in the absence of the M.D.
  • Data and document management.
  • Company logistics management.
  • Occasional note-taking during meetings.
  • Provide support services to M.D.
  • Call-screening as well as handling telephone inquiries as the need arises.
  • Meet-and-greet anchor for executive management visitors.
  • Organizing and maintaining the M.D.’s daily diary.
  • Responding to emails and faxes of the M.D’s.
  • Brainstorming and implementing a new strategy for company growth
  • Taking dictation and minutes
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and attend meetings with the M.D.
  • Ensure the M.D.’s is well prepared for the meeting.
  • Liaising with clients and staff.
  • Carry out specific projects and research.
  • Deputize in decisions and delegate work to the staff in the absence of the M.D.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  • This position is open to preferably Female applicants
  • The candidate must live within the Yaba / Surulere axis (as proximity to the office is important for punctuality reasons and factoring the cost of transportation logistics with said salary)
  • Must be able to start work immediately if required
  • Have a flair for photography and the arts (Anyone who is in it for any other reason apart from the passion will probably not function well)
  • Be very eloquent with proper diction (The media house deals with a lot of international clients and will need a person who can communicate effectively)
  • Must have a sense for business and problem solving (we like to hire souls not machines, if you are a routine person with no ability to solve problems thrown at you then this is not the environment for you)
  • Must have good research skills, Microsoft Excel, and Word document proficiency
  • Must be willing to grow with the organization (This organization likes to grow and wants people who want to grow with it, as you grow with us you will have job security, your salary will increase as we rise up the ranks and you will be a part of not just a company but a place you can call home)
  • Ensuring each person’s schedule is adhered to in the absence of the M.D.

Salary
NGN40,000 – NGN50,000 monthly (with a definite increase based on performance).
