Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Pepper Soup & Spicy Noodles Cook to prepare rich, flavorful Nigerian pepper soups and delicious spicy noodles for our customers.
• The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of local spices, taste consistency, and fast-paced cooking while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking:

• Prepare different types of pepper soup (goat meat, catfish, chicken, assorted, etc.)
• Cook spicy noodles with proper seasoning, protein mix (egg, chicken, sausage), and vegetables
• Accurately measure and blend local spices for consistent taste
• Ensure meals are served hot, fresh, and well-presented
• Maintain consistency in flavor and portion sizes

Recipe & Taste Management:

• Understand and apply traditional pepper soup spice combinations
• Adjust spice levels based on customer preference (mild, medium, hot)
• Ensure signature taste is maintained at all times

Hygiene & Food Safety:

• Maintain a clean cooking environment and utensils
• Follow proper food storage procedures (raw and cooked items)
• Practice good personal hygiene at all times
• Ensure kitchen area meets food safety standards

Stock & Inventory Control:

• Monitor ingredients such as meat, fish, spices, noodles, vegetables
• Reduce food wastage and ensure proper portioning
• Notify management when stock is running low

Customer Service Support:

• Work efficiently during high customer demand
• Assist with order preparation and timely delivery
• Respond to special requests (extra spice, no pepper, etc.
