DIP Fellowship – Dukka Internship Program Fellowship – was born out of Dukka’s shortage in the senior talent pool, and its necessity to train entry-level missionary talents for itself who will over time, become the ideal senior talent we seek. In this process, we figured out that we had hacked a good system to scale up entry-level African talents that are suitable for today’s global workplace.

We strongly believe in our ethos that the right talent can build up or tear down any startup or organization irrespective of how much funding they have received.
