Job Summary

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent management.
• Champion employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Drive performance management and learning initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic people solutions.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of progressive HR / People & Culture experience.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR operations.
• Experience working in a creative agency, media, marketing, advertising, experiential, or fast-paced environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing people strategies, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
