Responsibilities

• Interpreting design sketches and transforming them into accurate and functional garment patterns.
• Taking precise measurements and ensuring accurate drafting of patterns for various garment styles.
• Collaborating with designers to bring creative concepts to fruition through pattern drafting.
• Ensuring all garment patterns meet quality standards and are optimized for production.
• Keeping up-to-date with fashion trends and pattern drafting techniques to continuously improve skills and offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pattern Drafter, with a portfolio showcasing your pattern drafting work.
• Proficiency in pattern drafting software and manual pattern drafting techniques.
• Creative flair and the ability to innovate new pattern designs for various garment styles.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in pattern drafting and measurements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and garment construction techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
