Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and creative Pastry Manager to oversee the daily operations of the pastry department.
• The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality pastry production, manage staff, maintain inventory, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry production and operations.
• Supervise, train, and support pastry team members.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ingredient procurement.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Manage production schedules and minimize waste.
• Support sales growth through product innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, or relevant culinary qualification.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of pastry production and food safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous pastry, bakery, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
