Sunplast is a leading plastic manufacturing company in Nigeria with almost 30 years experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. Sun Group entered into the Plastics industry through the acquisition of a plant in Sango Ota, Ogun State in 1991. A second plant was installed and commissioned in 2000 in Lagos. In 2015 both plants were merged under one roof in Ogun State. The plants, which operate under the names Bright Products Limited and Sunplast Industries Limited, are equipped with top-of-the-line injection molding machines from China, India and Taiwan.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Packing Store Supervisor

Location: Ota, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing store operations, including the receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of packing materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages and production delays.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supervise store staff and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Sales and Logistics teams for efficient operations.
• Ensure proper labelling, material handling, housekeeping and safety within the store.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Minimise stock losses, damages and wastage.

Requirements

• OND, HND or BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years’ relevant experience in packing store, warehouse or inventory management within a manufacturing company.
• Experience in a plastic manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong supervisory, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability.
