Job Summary

• The Packaging Supervisor will oversee the packaging operations in our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products are packaged efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.
• This role involves managing a team of packaging personnel, optimizing packaging processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.
• Supervise and lead a team of packaging operators and staff.
• Train and develop team members on packaging processes and safety protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure packaging operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Implement and maintain packaging procedures and standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices in the packaging area.
