Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Receive bulk hair products from production and prepare them for packaging.
• Sort, arrange, and bundle hair attachments based on length, texture, and color.
• Perform trimming, combing, and alignment of hair extensions ensuring neat presentation.
• Insert hair attachments into packaging materials such as wraps, labels, tags, and polybags.
• Operate basic packaging equipment where necessary (e.g., sealing machines, labeling machines).
• Ensure accurate branding, barcoding, and product information labeling.
• Inspect packaged items for defects, tangles, dirt, or damage before sealing.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company hygiene standards.
• Record daily production outputs and report shortages or errors to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and materials usage tracking.
• Work collaboratively with the production and quality control teams.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.

Experience

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 2 – 3 years experience.
