Job Title: PA & Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Remote with occasional Visit to the Office)

Job Summary 

• We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive PA & Social Media Officer to support the Principal Architect and manage the studio’s digital presence.
• This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, communication, and brand storytelling. Ideal for someone who is visually creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, architecture, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, travel, and schedules across time zones
• Coordinate client communications and follow-ups
• Support proposal drafting, client onboarding, and business outreach
• Create and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
• Write engaging captions and brand-aligned copy
• Design social media assets, presentations, mood boards, and marketing materials
• Track social media analytics and growth performance

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience
• Strong social media management experience
• Excellent graphic design skills — Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is ESSENTIAL
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
• Able to work independently and manage priorities across time zones
• Interest in architecture, design, or African design culture is a strong advantage.
• Experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Studio Manager, or similar role.

Salary
₦125,000 – ₦150,000 monthly with salary review after 6 months.
