Secom Limited – Our client, a leading Beverage company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outstation Sales Representative

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary

  • The Outstation Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, product availability, and visibility within assigned territories.
  • The role requires active field engagement, distributor coordination, and effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales volume and revenue growth within assigned outstation routes
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at distributor and retail outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
  • Monitor stock levels and support stock depletion to avoid expiries
  • Execute sales and marketing activities in line with company standards
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit to the ASM
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or BSc in any relevant discipline
  • 1 – 3 years relevant experience in FMCG or beverage sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of sales routes and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Must be willing to work in the field.

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: N135,000 / month
  • Transport Allowance: ₦80,000 – ₦100,000
  • Performance-based incentives available.
