Job Title: Outlet Sales Attendant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Outlet Sales Attendant.
• The successful candidate will manage daily outlet activities, attend to walk-in customers, process orders, prepare drinks, handle basic frosting and packaging, and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• This role requires someone who can confidently combine customer service with basic product preparation while maintaining excellent presentation and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers, provide product information, and take orders in person.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely preparation and handover.
• Prepare and frost product boxes, package baked goods, and prepare drinks for walk-in and pickup orders.
• Print receipts and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.
• Manage pickup orders from order confirmation through preparation to customer handover.
• Ensure products are properly packaged and presented according to the bakery’s standards.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and presentable outlet and service area.
• Monitor outlet stock levels and report low-stock items or shortages to the appropriate team.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow established food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE; OND or higher qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numeracy and ability to handle customer transactions accurately.
• Willingness and ability to learn basic food preparation, frosting, packaging, and drink preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Neat appearance and commitment to personal hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer orders.
• Friendly, reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Asokoro, Abuja.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
