Job Title: Outlet Concept Manager – Electronics

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Electronics Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of the electronics category within a retail outlet.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and margins, managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring proper merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth for the electronics category and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor category margins and ensure compliance with approved commercial targets.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the electronics sales team.
• Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and manage manpower effectively.
• Ensure proper stock management and maintain accuracy between system/book stock and physical inventory.
• Monitor stock losses, shrinkage, damages, returns, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper execution of promotional activities, product displays, shelf cards, signage, and in-store marketing materials.
• Ensure retail selling prices are accurately updated and properly displayed.
• Maintain proper documentation of goods received, transfers, returns, gate passes, and other retail transactions.
• Monitor product availability and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Coordinate sales returns, refunds, and product/service-centre issues.
• Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of after-sales service issues.
• Ensure adherence to retail operating standards, company policies, and merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare and submit relevant sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Ensure a positive customer shopping experience and maintain high standards of service.
• Perform other duties related to retail operations as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics retail, consumer electronics, home appliances, or a similar retail environment.
• Proven experience managing a retail store, electronics department
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage category performance.
• Experience in team supervision, inventory control, merchandising, and customer service.
• Good understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and stock management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Good commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidate:

• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics / consumer electronics retail, with experience managing sales, staff, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

Salary
N300,000 – N700,000 gross per month.
