Job Summary

• Our client is urgently seeking a reliable and organised Order Fulfilment Representative to manage customer orders, website purchases, inventory records, payment confirmation, and delivery coordination.
• The successful candidate will help ensure that orders are processed accurately, dispatched promptly, and supported by excellent customer service.
• Immediate resumption is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and fulfil customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Manage website orders and provide online customer service.
• Confirm payments before releasing goods for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with dispatch riders and track deliveries.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, and order fulfilment reports.
• Maintain a clean and organised store and fulfilment area.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good numerical, organisational, and record-keeping abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online order processing.
• Attention to detail, honesty, and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Relevant experience in order fulfilment, inventory management, or customer service is an advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: N100,000 net monthly.
