Resource Intermediaries Limited – Our client owns an event center and multipurpose venue designed to host various social and corporate gatherings, offering a structured space for celebrations and professional meetings.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Venue Supervisor

Location: Oluyole, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mon- Sat (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities

• Daily Readiness: Conduct morning inspections to ensure all facilities are open, clean, and fully operational for the day.
• Team Leadership: Direct the cleaning and grounds staff while promptly flagging any maintenance needs for repair.
• Event Preparation: Sync with the Admin team on booking specifics to customize the venue layout for upcoming events.
• On-Site Oversight: Maintain a physical presence during functions to manage staff and resolve any issues with professional discretion.
• Safety & Atmosphere: Enforce venue rules and halt unsafe behaviors to preserve a secure, high-end environment for guests.
• Asset Protection: Closely monitor equipment setups and pack-downs to prevent loss or damage to the venue’s property.
• Security & Closing: Perform a final damage check and secure all access points once the event has concluded.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND / HND / BSc
• 1‒3 years’ experience in hospitality, event venues, facility management or event coordination
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Physically active, alert and detail-oriented
• Neat appearance, trustworthy, punctual and professional.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
