We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Steering Support (OPSS) Specialist

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt – Rivers and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast key P&L elements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the Area.
• Translate business targets into operational KPIs per country/cluster.
• Collect and analyse Area-specific operational data to support regional dashboards and scorecards.
• Support cost modelling and forecasting for the Area, working closely with QSC and Controlling.
• Contribute to a standardized KPI repository and assist in linking performance reporting to the budget process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years of experience
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting is preferred.
• Someone with proven OPSS-style experience in data-heavy financial planning, performance steering, and cost forecasting.
