We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations SPOC (Single Point of Contact)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose of the Job

  • The primary role of the Operations SPOC is to be the first line of contact for the customer regarding all operation issues.
  • The SPOC is also coordinating all activities regarding vendor management. This also includes monitoring all vendor performance and making sure they meet required SLA. Tracking NEC performance, SLAs & Compliance is also a key responsibility for the SPOC.

Key Responsibilities

  • First line contact for the customer – first responder for all operational request
  • Building NEC Operational database – Understanding database building using excel, Power BI, PyCharm, etc
  • Handles all operational performance issues – site performance checks, failure trends, SLA and advising the business on improvement plans
  • Handling all site health issues – This includes tracking tower Torq, tower maintenance, Fire extinguisher deployment/servicing, etc
  • SBC Operational compliance check – making sure SBC Align to the operational standard required by the customer
  • SBC Penalty reconciliation – creating charts and organising meetings with SBC to address sites performing poorly and using SBC contracts to debit accordingly
  • Site Snags closure – Identifying snags on sites and pushing for closure. Includes high earthing value, leaking shelter, poor cabling, bad AC, open shelter, poor janitorial
  • Prepare weekly meeting slide with Customer – Prepare and present NEC weekly performance with customer
  • SBC Operational vehicle checks – This includes checking the mileage of all OPV and making sure they are serviced at the due date, this must be reported monthly to customer
  • Monthly Target sessions with customer – This include aligning and advising the customer on NEC targets and SLAs to be presented in the monthly meeting with the Customer CTO and directors
  • Asset management – Working with the asset team to make sure there is no loss or theft of asset on all our sites and pushing the customer for asset deployment where necessary
  • Working with the CTO on brainstorming on performance, asset, and all operational issues
  • Organizing NEC weekly operations meeting
  • Coordinating all operational activities with our vendor teams, our field teams and customer teams .
  • Follow up on each snags/ escalation/ request from customer teams until closure
  • Tracking asset management / operational projects/ activities and coordinating with respective stakeholders
  • Preparing all weekly and monthly operational and performance reports

Experience & Qualifications

  • A Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in similar role

  • Should be able to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and correctness.
  • Show willingness and ability to learn, improve and adapt if required.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
