Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of our client’s pharmaceutical business.
• The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, effective inventory management, and seamless coordination across departments to support business growth and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. – Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and operational procedures.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements. – Monitor the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and operational resources. – Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.
