Role Summary

• To facilitate VISA operational process, handle front office and back office operations

Experience and Expertise

• Education Requirement: Minimum of First Degree in any discipline (statement of result not applicable)
• 2-3 years’ experience in hotel management or customer service industry.
• Relevant experience in managing communication, coordinating operations and liaising with stakeholders in related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use online databases, data entry, CRM knowledge and digital IT security.
• Highly proficient in the use of Japanese language (written and verbal).
