Job Title: Operations Manager

Role Overview

• As our Operations Manager, you will be the engine that ensures the work gets done—on time, on budget, and at the quality standards our members expect.
• You will design and optimize the operational workflows that connect our savings platform, community managers, housing scheme partners, and member support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Strategy:Develop and maintain quarterly and annual operational plans, roadmaps, and capacity forecasts to support Savetown’s growth targets.
• Cross-Functional Execution:Coordinate business activities across sales, customer success, marketing, product, and administration to ensure efficient resource allocation and reliable delivery.
• Process Design & Improvement:Build operational processes and workflows from the ground up, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions as member numbers grow.
• Performance Tracking:Monitor and evaluate operational performance using defined KPIs, providing ongoing support and feedback to team leads to ensure deliverables are met.
• Vendor & Partner Management:Oversee relationships with external partners, including housing scheme developers, escrow providers, and logistics vendors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations, ideally within a fintech, real estate, or fast-growing startup.
• Demonstrated experience building processes from scratch and scaling them as an organization grows.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A “founder mindset” you take ownership, solve problems proactively, and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
