Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lifecamp, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Includes Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, staff performance, and productivity.
• Manage order processing, packaging, inventory, and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics, stock control, and customer service.
• Drive operational efficiency, digital sales, and business profitability.
• Prepare management reports and implement process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience for the Operations Manager role.
• Experience in food processing, FMCG, retail, hospitality, sales, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills for the Operations Manager position.

Remuneration

• Salary: N85,000 – N120,000 / month
