Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring that all aspects of the facility’s operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• This includes managing staff, coordinating patient care, procurement, facility and equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care Coordination.
• Coordinate and manage procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with standard regulations.
• Financial Management.
• Quality control and Improvement.
• Inventory management.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or a related field.
• Certification in project management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations management preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements, including those related to patient care, safety, and infection control.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
