Job Summary

• We seek to employ a resourceful Operations Manager who will be responsible for two distinct brands belonging to the company and the advancement of these brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow, assign tasks and ensure that teams work toward achieving business goals
• Collaborate with relevant parties to create budgets, discuss ideas and objectives of projects
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
• Conduct performance reviews, report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Allocate and manage assets, costs, and human resources
• Manage contracts and relations with relevant stakeholders
• Carry out ad-hoc directives from Management.

Requirements

• Experience in management & leadership.
• Willing to travel.
• Ability to take initiatives and make great decisions.
• Outstanding negotiation & people skills.
• Effective crisis management.
• Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• 1 – 10 years Experience.

Salary
N30,000 – N50,000 / month.
