Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Guzape, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Jun Aesthetic Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smoothoperations, excellent client experience, efficient team coordination, and optimal business performance while maintaining the highest standards in aesthetics and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operationsto ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
  • Ensure all services are delivered according to our standards and protocols
  • Coordinate appointment schedules and optimize staff productivity
  • Maintain operational systems and processes for seamless service delivery

Team Supervision & Coordination:

  • Supervise administrative staff, aestheticians, and support personnel
  • Ensure staff punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to ourpolicies
  • Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and performance tracking
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff

Client Experience Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Handle client feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
  • Monitor the client journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up

Inventory & Supply Management:

  • Monitor and manageinventory (skincare products, consumables, equipment supplies)
  • Coordinate procurement and restocking ofsupplies
  • Track product usage and reduce wastage

Financial & Administrative Oversight:

  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, andrevenue reports
  • Ensure proper documentation of transactions andrecords
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
  • Work with management to improve profitability and efficiency

Compliance & Quality Control:

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain hygiene, treatment room readiness, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure all procedures follow professional and ethical guidelines
  • Marketing & Business Growth Support:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure smooth implementation of offers and packages
  • Track operational performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 2 years experience in operations management, preferably in a medspa, wellness center, or healthcare facility
  • Strong understanding of customer service andworkflow management
  • Experience managing teams and coordinating operations
