Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of a dynamic firm spanning construction and interior design services

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise teams, contractors, vendors, and daily operations.
• Coordinate construction and interior projects from execution to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, quality, materials, costs, and deliverables.
• Provide technical and operational oversight across projects.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Report operational performance and project progress to management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Requirements

• Relevant Degree / HND in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in similar capacity
• Proven supervisory and operations management experience in property development or construction space
• Experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or professional/legal services is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical, project coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.

Salary
N600,000 – ₦800,000 monthlynd above
