Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

• As our Operations Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and Directors to shape our company’s future.
• This isn’t just about keeping the wheels turning; it’s about driving efficiency, scaling our capabilities, and leading a motivated team toward shared milestones.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Partnering with executive leadership to define corporate goals, design robust operational policies, and make critical strategic decisions.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows to maximize productivity, maintain strict quality control, and boost overall profitability.
• Financial Stewardship: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial reporting to ensure lean, impactful operations.
• People & Culture: Partnering with HR to champion recruitment, mentor teams, conduct constructive performance reviews, and build a vibrant, high-morale workplace culture.
• Compliance & Alliances: Ensuring seamless regulatory compliance while forging strategic partnerships with external organizations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of post-NYSC experience in an operations management or similar leadership role.
• Financial & Legal Acumen: Proven ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and navigate regulatory compliance.
• Leadership Prowess: Stellar supervisory skills with a track record of building alliances and fostering strong internal communications.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
