Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and budgetary controls.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree
• 3 – 5 years proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hospitality best practices and financial management.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
