Job Description

• The Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring efficient workflows, resource optimization, and alignment with business goals.
• This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the company’s IT sales and services are delivered seamlessly.

• Plan and manage budgets for operations-related activities.
• Optimize the use of resources to align with business priorities.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee administrative functions, including office management, vendor coordination, and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for operational processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 – 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or IT sales industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of operational frameworks and supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operations management tools, CRMs, and ERP systems.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with IT products, sales cycles, and service delivery models.
• Experience with process automation or AI tools.
• Certifications in operations management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
