Job Title: Operations Lead (Fibre + Sales / Business Develop)

Location: Abuja / Lagos

Role Overview

• The Operations Lead manages the day-to-day fibre network operations while driving sales and business development in Gwarinpa (Abuja) or Ikeja (Lagos).
• The role ensures reliable technical service delivery and supports customer base expansion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fibre operations to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction
• Drive sales initiatives to grow market share
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues
• Coordinate with technical teams for seamless service delivery
• Monitor regional performance metrics and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies​

Qualifications

• Minimum: Degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred)
• Experience: Mid-level, 3+ years
