Kui is a growing Nigerian consumer care brand based in Onikan, Lagos. Our existing range includes haircare products, with plans to expand into other consumer care products. We serve customers through retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels.

Job Title: Operations and Finance Executive

Job Summary

• Kui is a growing Nigerian consumer care brand looking for a highly intelligent, organised and numerate Operations and Finance Executive to work closely with the Founder and help run our day to day operations.
• We are looking for someone who takes ownership, learns independently, works confidently with numbers and technology, and follows work through without constant supervision. For an exceptional performer, there is scope to grow into a key management role, with increased responsibility and compensation as the role develops.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales, expense, inventory and office records.
• Support our part time accountant with organised records, reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Prepare invoices, spreadsheets, reports and concise management information.
• Monitor orders, payments, outstanding balances and stock movements; investigate discrepancies and follow up promptly.
• Support wholesale and retail account administration.
• Keep product, pricing and other ecommerce information accurate.
• Create straightforward social media content and images using AI and design tools.
• Coordinate office tasks, track outstanding actions and provide the Founder with clear updates on priorities, progress and decisions needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Ecommerce, FMCG, Consulting or a growing small business is useful.
• A First Class university Degree is strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates with a strong 2:1 and demonstrable analytical ability will also be considered.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and confidence working with numbers and checking accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence using technology and AI tools, with the judgement to verify outputs.
• Evidence of initiative, independent learning and taking responsibility for results.
• Ability to work full time from our office in Onikan, Lagos.
• Strong candidates who demonstrate the required ability through projects, internships or other practical work are welcome.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 per month.
