We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Excellence Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Type: Full Time

The Job

  • Lead and manage site-wide process design, using data, metrics, and dashboards to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts by reducing wastes and inefficiencies.
  • Prepare visualization (holistic technical performance) dashboards.
  • Design and implement changes to process that improves results and eliminate wastes.
  • Oversee data extrapolation, gathering information, analyzing and maintaining the database.
  • Monitor production and quality standards, as well as leveraging data to achieve continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, customer service, and sales.
  • Create and update periodic flour operation reports and update technical reports.
  • Identify new trends and implement them across all operational processes.
  • Integrate related data together, identify pattern, irregular trends and dependencies for decision making.
  • Encourage change and improvement in performance and quality.
  • Report all Quality and Food Safety Issues to the Food Safety Team.
  • Report all FMN lifesaving rules violation and behavioral based safety to the safety department.
  • Perform other duties assigned management.

Qualifications

  • HND/ BSc. in a quantitative field.
  • Certification in data analysis, Lean sigma is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

The Person Must:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Have excellent organizational abilities with great time management skills.
  • Be able to navigate multifunctional teams and be a dedicated team player.
