Job Title: Operations and Brand Manager

Summary

• The Operations and Brand Manager oversees daily business processes while ensuring every customer touchpoint and internal workflow aligns with the company’s identity and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day business activities, streamline internal processes, and coordinate workflows across departments like sales, finance, and marketing.
• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute consistent brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identities across all online and offline channels.
• Project & Resource Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and operational projects from initial concept to completion.
• Market & Data Analysis: Conduct market research, track consumer behavior, and analyze performance metrics to optimize brand reach and operational efficiency.
• Budget & Vendor Management: Monitor operational and marketing budgets, forecasts, and supplier relations to maintain profitability and accountability.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in both process optimization and marketing strategy.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional communication abilities.
