Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the planning, coordination, and execution of activities for our Installer Operations team.
• The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and eager to grow while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate activities such as training sessions, conferences, installer engagement programs, and brand events.
• Support the development of the installer membership system through training, incentives, and community engagement.
• Assist in delivering training programs for installers, channel partners, and new employees to promote brand, product, service, and sales policies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through research to provide insights for business growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of operational plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations, event planning, or a related role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle operational challenges.
• Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
