Job Description

  • The Operations Administrator role at Steer73 will be an exciting role for someone who wants to work as part of a busy team, who focuses on the success of the business.
  • The Operations team, at Steer73, is in a phase of growth. Anyone joining this team has plenty of opportunities to succeed and see a multitude of operational tasks that are cross-functional.
  • This is a non-silo’d operational role.
  • In this role, you will enjoy managing changing priorities, working at a fast pace, working with all levels of the company, managing the most urgent and the most mundane tasks, as wells as everything in-between, you will be discreet, sensitive, and have an awareness of what it makes to achieve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting the COO and Operations team in their daily tasks.
  • Helping to manage internal company meetings and communications.
  • Providing administration support across the business.
  • Supporting the Operations team with the roll-out and enforcement of company policies and standards.
  • Helping to run the People Management Tool and helping to ensure that all data and documentation entered is accurate and up to date.
  • Helping to drive our talent process: Sourcing great candidates, conducting screening calls and coordinating interviews, advertising roles, liaising with hiring teams and supporting candidates through our process.
  • Supporting our IT function in areas that crossover between IT and Operations.
  • Assisting the Operations team in the completion of their objectives – this will be cross-function: finance, talent, people, and general operations.

Requirement

  • There is no requirement for previous operations experience.
  • All we require is a proactive and positive attitude.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and organisational skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Pro-activity and a positive attitude.
  • Honesty and willingness to work hard.
