Job Title: Operational Manager

Location: Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure project efficiency, and drive organizational performance.
• The ideal candidate will coordinate resources, manage site activities, and ensure compliance with company standards to achieve timely and cost‑effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple project sites.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with QAQC, HSE, and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.s
• 7–10 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
