Job Title: Operational Manager

Location: Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the company.
• Ensure efficient management of production, logistics, inventory, and operational processes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise operational staff and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain high standards of biosecurity, quality control, and operational safety.
• Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Support management in achieving organizational goals and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in the agro-allied industry.
• Must possess good knowledge of agro-allied operations and management.
• Candidate must be technically and administratively sound.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations effectively.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a degree in any of the following fields: Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or any related discipline.
