Job Title: Operational Finance Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure day to day tracking of Key Business Indicators including Gross Sales Revenue, Discounts and Taxes, Net Sales Revenue [NSR] and Variables Margin [VM] and Collaborates with Regional Leadership to drive Profitable Sales Mix
• Conduct Monthly Business Performance Reviews with all Functional Heads, identifying and highlighting key trends based on variance analysis of Profit & Loss, Manufacturing Overheads, Operating Expenses, Direct Marketing Expense etc.
• Manage timely recording of Accounting transactions which are being done in the region on daily basis and ensuring timely completion of monthly closing activities.
• Ensure the Accuracy, Reliability, Completeness, and Integrity of the Data relating to the GL, and the resulting Financial Statements to meet the local and IFRS requirements.
• Business KPI Monitoring, Reporting, and Tracking – Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Yields, KWHs, Fuel Usage, Power Analysis, R&M Analysis, Freight Analysis, Delivery/Distribution Cost, Consumables etc.

Requirements

• A relevant First Degree
• 5 – 7 years experience post qualification experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Professional Level Qualification in Accounting and Finance – ACCA, ACA, CIMA
• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Excellent ability related to Data Analytics at both financial and operational fronts.
• Ideal candidate must be open to the possibility of working in Lagos or relocating to any of the company’s plants across Nigeria.
