Job Title: Operation Supervisor (Cleaning Services)

Location: Island & Ajah Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise cleaners, ensure service quality, and act as the link between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaners at assigned locations
• Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out according to company standards
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline
• Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks
• Report operational issues, client complaints, and staff performance
• Ensure proper use and safekeeping of cleaning equipment and materials
• Train cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices
• Submit basic weekly reports to management.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
