Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day functions across sales, leasing, property management, and administration.
• Financial Management: Prepare operating and capital budgets, track cash flow, and ensure profitability targets or Net Operating Income (NOI) are met.
• Strategic Planning: Develop business plans based on market trends and client investment objectives.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff and department heads to optimize workplace performance.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build strong communication links with property owners, tenants, vendors, and legal authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties and transactions follow local real estate laws and industry standards

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND, Master’s Degree or B.Sc with 10 – 20 years working experience.

Salary
N600,000 – N1,200,000 per month.
