Job Title: Operation Foreman

Location: Gujeni, Kaduna

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficiency in workflow.
• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and oversee project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity.
• Monitor inventory and request materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders.

Education & Experience Requirements

• BSc  and HND / Technical Certificate preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or mining

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as an Operations Foreman or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, tools, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read technical documents and work orders.
• Physical stamina and attention to detail.
