PC Place is a Nigerian retailer specializing in computers, electronics, and accessories, with both an online store and physical locations. The company’s head office is located in Ikeja, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Sales / Telesales Officer (Female)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, website, and messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Promote products/services through online channels including social media, e-commerce platforms, and company website.
• Convert leads into sales by providing accurate product information and persuasive communication.
• Process online orders and ensure timely follow-up and delivery coordination.
• Maintain and update customer database and sales records.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Identify new market opportunities and strategies to increase online sales.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in tech or retail sales is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary
N150,000 – N500,000 monthly.
