We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Online Sales Agent

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Online Sales Personnel to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online customer interactions, responding to inquiries promptly, and driving sales through our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers and sales inquiries across all social media platforms
  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and online requests
  • Convert inquiries into sales and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and sales performance
  • Learn and understand company products and operational processes thoroughly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or social media management is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good typing and phone communication skills
  • Must be social media savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be reliable, responsive, and customer-oriented.

Work Schedule:

  • Physical office hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Online customer support coverage: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (rotational schedule applies after training and mastery of company processes/products).

Preferred Location:

  • Applicants residing in or around the following areas will be strongly preferred: Ajao Estate, Isolo, Osolo, Oshodi, Mafoluku, Ejigbo, Ikotun, Mushin, Oke Afa.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N120,000 monthly (subject to increase after confirmation)
  • Annual leave after confirmation
  • Opportunity for growth and flexible rotational scheduling after training.
